Recommend it to those wanting to learn more about the basics of AI but also for those with an interest in applying it. A great tool guide and framework to apply in AI projects with several key lessons. It’s a book that makes what seems to be a complicated subject appear much easier to understand. I actually think it’s valuable even from a project management perspective even if not applied to AI and with great #insights into managing stakeholders and change management.

An absolute must-read! Sol Rachidi brilliantly demystifies AI with practical insights and real-world applications. This guide is perfect for newcomers, offering a comprehensive overview of the end-to-end process for successful AI deployment. The detailed sections on strategy definition and use case selection are brilliant, providing exceptionally valuable frameworks that are extremely hard to come by. The focus is on helping the reader to learn how to read her/his landscape and don’t take the assumption that implementing AI will be equally feasible everywhere. Later, it doesn’t go in depth on the actual build phase, lifecycle management, nor Governance setup for AI tools but this is something I look forward to reading in her next volumes! 😉 Additionally, this book has great storytelling, filled with fun stories and anecdotes that convey a motivational encouragement for AI-leaders in the making. Resilience, determination, stamina are key character features necessary to survive in this exhilarating world of AI. For more seasoned practitioners, it’s a very relatable and therapeutic read—I certainly had my good share of laughs! Overall, a clear, punchy, and incredibly informative resource for anyone starting their AI journey!"
